In the interview, the “Entourage” hunk explains his crusade to help the massively declining population of bluefin tuna.
Of course, he also poses for a series of handsome photos, sure to get the attention of any female environmentalist!
Adrian states, “Look, I’m cynical, like we all can be. But as a man, you have to pierce through the cynicism - take responsibility for your choices and find what’s important to you. It has less to do with following one particular cause than it does with participation—a willingness to engage.”
