Betty White's “Saturday Night Live” Success

She’s had a long and successful career, and it looks like Betty White is still going strong after her astoundingly funny appearance on “Saturday Night Live” this past weekend.

The “Golden Girls” actress helped the NBC program garner its highest ratings in 18 months, pulling in an 8.8.
Cast member Seth Meyers told press, “She was a dream. The chicks have been ruling ‘SNL’ for years.”

After the show, Betty declined to attend the after party, much to the disappointment of the A-list guests. "Beyoncé was there with Jay, and Quentin Tarantino and Swizz Beatz were also in the crowd. But people kept saying they hoped that Betty White would show up! It was probably just a bit past her bedtime," said a spy.
