Kristen Stewart is Going "On the Road"
Continuing to line up role after role, Kristen Stewart has announced that she'll be starring in a film called "On the Road".
Set to start shooting this summer, the "Twilight" cutie made the news known while in Chicago on Wednesday (May 5) taping "The Oprah Winfrey Show" as part of her "Eclipse" promotions.
As for Miss Stewart's new gig, "On the Road" is an adaptation from Jack Kerouac’s 1957 novel of the same name.
Talking to USA Today, Kristen said of the project, “I am very much attached to a movie that has been trying to get made forever. Not that this is going to help it, but maybe I can just brag a little bit. I am super excited about it, too. I am about to play Marylou in On the Road. So that’s a big deal.”
The 20-year-old actress will be playing the young wife of Dean Moriarity (played by Garrett Hedland) while Walter Salles will direct.
