Jumping back into her career as a judge, Paula Abdul is set to work on a brand new show on CBS.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former “American Idol” judge will be the lead judge, executive producer, creative partner, mentor and coach on “Got to Dance” which is based on an already popular British dance competition.

The new show will involve everything from "ballroom to breakdance, bhangra to ballet and tap to tango." The acts will compete before a panel of judges, and viewers will vote for their favorites during the semifinals and finals.

The program is likely to be a mid-season replacement, which could mean that Ms Abdul will go head-to-head with “American Idol” in 2011.

Simon Monjack’s Death: Natural Causes

As the investigation into Simon Monjack’s death continues, authorities seem to think he passed away naturally.

Sergeant Lozano of the LAPD stated, “The preliminary cause of death for Mr. Monjack seems to be natural causes. No weapons were found at the scene.”

Coroner Ed Winter added, "This evening, Mr. Monjack was found unresponsive, paramedics responded to the house, he was pronounced dead at [9:45 p.m. Sunday].”

"There were some prescription drugs found that belonged to Mr. Monjack, and we'll have an ongoing investigation. Cause of death is pending, and there will be an autopsy after a day or so, and pending toxicology [reports,] we'll be releasing the results after we get all those tests back."

They became a close-knit bunch at the start of the popular “Twilight” series and some of its cast members recently opened up about what it’s like on set.

In a special edition of Us Weekly’s bookazine, Nikki Reed gave a run-down of what she thinks of her castmates. She told, "OK, P-Fatch [Peter Facinelli] is definitely the jokester and prankster. And he's very much a father figure — safe and comforting."

Continuing on, Reed said, "Jackson [Rathbone] is the most artsy, creative and, I think, the most talented. Liz Reaser is the most well-read. Kellan and Ashley are very similar: They're both very driven people, and they both like to go out a lot. A lot of the partying happens around them. [Pattinson] has the best heart."

The book also reveals how Bryce Dallas Howard adapted to joining the already close cast, saying she was initially concerned, but it turned out that she fit in well. Howard tells, "Rob [Pattinson] and Taylor [Lautner] are such great guys. I love those boys! And Kristen [Stewart] was like, 'Where's your baby? I want to meet him.' "

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony: Weekend Boaters

Soaking up some sunshine, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted aboard a boat in Cannes, France on earlier today (May 22).

The “Back-Up Plan” babe and her “Man on Fire” hubby looked to be enjoying the open water as they cruised along to the Eden Roc Hotel.

In recent news, Ms Lopez attended the 2010 World Music Awards in Monaco where she was honored for her musical career.

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr announced the honor and handed Jen the Legend Award for her contribution to the arts.

Justin Bieber's Radio One Big Weekend

Plugging away at his grueling schedule, Justin Bieber was spotted rocking out at Radio One’s Big Weekend at Vaynol Estate in Bangor, North Wales on Saturday (May 22).

The “One Time” singer looked super cute in grey slacks and a white t-shirt as he put on one of his incredible shows and sang out his most popular songs.

On Friday, the teen sensation was spotted on the red carpet at the 2010 VIVA Comet Awards in Oberhausen, Germany.

Taking some time to show his appreciation, Mr Bieber tweeted, “Thanks to everyone who came out in Germany and today in the UK!! Tired as heck but it was a blast...”

Stepping out ahead of another show, Rihanna was spotted leaving her hotel in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday (May 22).

The “Shut Up and Drive” songstress acknowledged her fans, as usual, with a smile and a wave before hopping in the waiting vehicle that whisked her off to the O2 Arena.

In other news, the Barbadian beauty recently revealed two very special mentors which include teen sensation, Justin Bieber, and long-time friend, Jay-Z.

She told MTV UK, “Working with Justin in the studio is just great. He’s a fun guy and likes to make all the sessions enjoyable. He’s also such a genius when in comes to lyrics.

As for “Run This Town” rapper, Ri-Ri said, “From Jay-Z I’ve also learned a lot. He is more of a mentor in general - not just for music but he gives good all-round advice.”

Reese Witherspoon: Not Shacking Up with Jim Toth

Although their relationship seems to be growing rapidly, Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are not moving into together.

Recent reports suggested that the couple, who don’t want to spend any time apart, according to a source, have been considering living together either in a new home or Reese’s $5 million L.A. home.

Despite these claims and the fact that Witherspoon and Toth are getting serious, a rep for the actress told Gossip Cop they are “not moving in.”

Fresh off of a flight from Costa Rica, Kristin Cavallari, Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Pratt were spotted arriving at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday night (May 21).

The ladies of “The Hills” were all sporting striped tops and looked rather exhausted as they made their way through the terminal.

On Friday (May 21), “The Hills” gals hit the beaches of Costa Rica to film scenes for the upcoming episodes and possibly the last episode ever.

Taking to her Twitter page, Cavallari wrote, “Costa Rica was amazing!!”

Cheryl Cole Rocks Radio One's Big Weekend

Taking the stage for an impressive performance, Cheryl Cole dazzled at Radio One’s Big Weekend at Vaynol Estate in Bangor in North Wales on Saturday (May 22).

The British pop star looked trendy in an army-inspired top and shorts while she wowed the crowd her with amazing vocals.

The energetic performance comes just after Ms Cole attended the 63rd Cannes Film Festival in France for the “Outside the Law” premiere at the Palais des Festivals.

The 26-year-old beauty has been quite busy as of late, splitting time between the Cannes festivities and performing as an opening act for the Black Eyed Peas.

Rihanna: Dublin Party Girl

Continuing about with her international work duties, Rihanna was spotted immersing herself in the Dublin nightlife on Friday (May 21).

The "Rude Boy" singer was escorted around town by her bodyguard, checking out the happenings at Lillie's Bordello nightclub.

Scheduled to perform in Dublin on Saturday before heading to Belfast, RiRi is also gearing up for the release of her new video for "Rockstar 101″.

Snooki and JWoww: News Cafe Kissers

They are certainly always up for a good time, and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenny “JWoww” Farley were spotted being up close and personal on Friday (May 21).

The paparazzi caught up to the gals of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” while eating lunch at News Café in Miami, Beach FL, and, coming as no surprise, the duo shared a kiss on the lips for the snapping photogs.

Enjoying some healthy salads, the guidettes also sipped on lemon water and some coconut-filled cocktails, and seemed to be enjoying themselves to the utmost.

The entire “Jersey Shore” gang has been living it up in Miami for the past month while shooting season 2 which will air on MTV on July 29.

It was a packed house at the 2010 VIVA Comet Awards on Friday night (May 21), as Justin Bieber along with Tokio Hotel were spotted among the crowd in Oberhausen, Germany.

Clad in a black shirt and bow-tie, the “One Time” singer played it cool as he stopped and posed for pictures before heading inside for the fun-filled event.

Meanwhile, German pop band members, Bill Kaulitz, Tom Kaulitz, Georg Listing and Gustav Schafer all showed up for the annual awards event.

In related news, Tom recently admitted to popping one too many Viagra pills - coming close to an accidental overdose, but luckily, the twin bro to Bill has recovered just fine.
