Joined by a gal pal, the "Full House" hotties seemed surprised to find paparazzi perched outside as they quickly continued along with the day's agenda.
In related news, it has been reported that Ashley and Mary Kate finally found a buyer for their five-bedroom penthouse condo in the West Village.
Having purchased the posh Big Apple abode for $7.3 million in 2005, the Olsen gals are said to have rid of the place to a hedge-fund tycoon for $8.45 million.
