Kim and Khloe Kardashian Talk Bikini Fitness
They both made the decision to trim down and get in shape, and now Kim and Khloe Kardashian are sharing some of their weight loss secrets.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” ladies together have lost 35 pounds over the past year by eating healthy and exercising, but not depriving themselves of their favorite treats.
Kim tells Life & Style magazine that eating breakfast is key. "Before, all I'd have for breakfast was a Grande Soy Chai Latte," Kim told.
Now, both sisters, who lean on each other for support and motivation, munch on oatmeal or eggs, turkey bacon and fruit and make sure to include protein in every meal to fill up.
Talking about not depriving herself of foods she loves, Kim added, "If I feel like a milk shake, I have one.”
